Ingredients
2–3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: 1/2 cup sour cream or cream cheese
Optional: 1 cup frozen vegetables
Instructions
1. Place chicken in crockpot
2. Add soup, broth, and seasonings
3. Optional: add frozen vegetables or ranch seasoning
4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours
5. Remove chicken and shred, return to pot
6. Stir in sour cream or cream cheese if using
7. Serve hot over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes
Notes
Store leftovers in fridge up to 4 days
Freezes well up to 3 months
Reheat gently with broth or milk
Best with a side of crusty bread
