Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Hellmann’s mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Place chicken on prepared sheet. Spread the mayo mixture evenly on top of each piece.
4. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
5. Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for extra browning.
6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can prepare the coating up to 24 hours ahead and refrigerate the chicken until ready to bake.
Use freshly grated parmesan for the best crispy finish.
