Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced in half if thick)
½ cup Hellmann’s mayonnaise
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup seasoned Italian breadcrumbs
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Optional: pinch of paprika or cayenne for extra flavor
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Spread the mayo mixture evenly over the top of each piece of chicken.
- In another bowl, combine Parmesan cheese with breadcrumbs. Sprinkle generously over the chicken.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the chicken reaches 165°F and the topping is golden brown.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crunch, use panko instead of regular breadcrumbs.
Don’t substitute the mayo, Hellmann’s gives the best flavor and texture.
Great for meal prep: leftovers reheat well in the oven.
