Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Hellmann’s mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
3. Spread 1 tablespoon Hellmann’s mayo over each chicken breast.
4. In a bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and seasoning.
5. Press each chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture on both sides.
6. Place on baking sheet and let sit 5–10 minutes.
7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until internal temp is 165°F.
8. Optional: Broil 2–3 minutes at end for extra crunch.
