Description
Crispy, juicy, and garlic-butter rich, these air fryer chicken strips are quick to prepare and impossible to resist.
Ingredients
1 ½ pounds chicken tenders
½ cup unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon honey
1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley (optional)
Cooking spray
Instructions
1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
2. Melt butter and stir in garlic and honey.
3. Mix breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
4. Dip chicken in garlic butter, then coat in breadcrumbs.
5. Place in air fryer basket. Spray lightly with oil.
6. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
7. Brush with remaining garlic butter and serve.
Notes
Best served fresh.
You can double the batch and freeze half after cooking.
Pairs well with ranch, honey mustard, or garlic aioli.
