Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
12 fresh asparagus spears trimmed
4 oz cream cheese softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian herbs
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
1. Slice each chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket without cutting all the way through then season with salt pepper and paprika
2. Mix cream cheese garlic Italian herbs and half of the mozzarella in a bowl until smooth
3. Fill each chicken breast with the mixture then place three asparagus spears inside and close the chicken
4. Place chicken in a baking dish drizzle with olive oil and top with remaining mozzarella
5. Bake at 375°F for 25 to 30 minutes until fully cooked and golden on top
