Description

These Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Bombs are packed with bold buffalo flavor, cream cheese, shredded chicken, and melted mozzarella, all wrapped in golden biscuit dough. A perfect game day snack or chicken appetizer for parties and football nights.


Ingredients

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

4 oz cream cheese, softened

⅓ cup buffalo wing sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tbsp ranch seasoning

1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)

1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley

1 tsp garlic powder

1 package (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a medium bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, mozzarella, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and green onions until well combined.

3. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round. Add 2 tablespoons of filling to the center.

4. Wrap dough around the filling and seal edges. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.

5. Brush tops with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.

6. Bake 16–18 minutes until golden. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Don’t overfill the bombs or they may burst open while baking.

Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.

Reheat in oven or toaster oven for crispy leftovers.

To freeze, wrap each bomb and store in a freezer bag up to 2 months.
