Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
8 oz cream cheese (full-fat)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup hot sauce (adjust to taste)
1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Add chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, sour cream, ranch, and hot sauce to the crock pot.
2. Set to low and cook for 2 to 3 hours, until hot and bubbly.
3. Stir halfway through cooking to ensure even melting.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
5. Top with chopped green onions and serve warm.

Use freshly shredded cheese for the best melt.
