Description
This Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip is spicy, creamy, and perfect for parties or game day. Set it and forget it with just 5 ingredients and bold flavor in every bite.
Ingredients
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
8 oz cream cheese, cubed
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Optional: chopped green onions or blue cheese crumbles
Instructions
1. Add shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo wing sauce, and cheddar cheese to the Crockpot.
2. Cook on HIGH for 1 hour, stirring halfway through.
3. Stir again until creamy and fully combined.
4. Switch to WARM setting to serve.
5. Garnish with green onions or blue cheese, and serve with chips or veggies.
Notes
Let cream cheese come to room temperature before adding to Crockpot.
Use freshly shredded cheddar for the smoothest melt.
Great as a dip or as filling for sliders or quesadillas.
