Description
This creamy, spicy Easy 5-Ingredient Buffalo Chicken Dip is the perfect slow-cooked party appetizer. Made with shredded or canned chicken, ranch, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and cheddar, it’s always a hit for game day or gatherings.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken (or 2 cans, drained)
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing (or 1 packet mixed with 1/2 cup sour cream)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Drain and shred the canned chicken, or prepare cooked shredded chicken.
2. Add chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch, and cheddar into crockpot.
3. Cover and cook on low for 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring halfway through.
4. Once smooth and bubbly, stir again and set to warm.
5. Serve with chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.
Notes
Use room-temperature cream cheese for smooth blending.
Can be made ahead and stored for 4 days in the fridge.
Optional: Transfer to an oven-safe dish, top with cheese, and broil until bubbly for a golden finish.
