These Easy Cheesy Ranch Chicken Burgers are packed with cheddar, ranch seasoning, and fresh herbs for the ultimate summer dinner. Juicy, simple, and family-friendly.
Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 large egg
½ cup plain breadcrumbs
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Olive oil or non-stick spray (for cooking)
Burger buns and toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc.)
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cheese, ranch mix, mayo, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix just until combined.
2. Divide the mixture into 4–6 equal portions and shape into patties about ½-inch thick.
3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and grease lightly.
4. Cook each patty for 5–6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
5. Serve hot on toasted buns with your favorite toppings.
Notes
For spicier burgers, add chipotle powder or pepper jack cheese.
Use fresh parsley for added color and freshness.
Chill patties before cooking to help them stay firm.
