Ingredients

1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 large egg

½ cup plain breadcrumbs

¼ cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Olive oil or non-stick spray (for cooking)

Instructions
