Description
Bold, juicy Fiery Garlic Chicken Bites in garlic butter sauce, done in 25 minutes and perfect for meal prep.
Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
5 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika, then sear for 4–5 minutes.
3. Flip and cook for 3–4 more minutes until golden and cooked through.
4. Reduce heat, add butter and garlic, stir for 30 seconds, then add chili flakes and citrus juice.
5. Return chicken to skillet, toss to coat in sauce, and cook 2 more minutes. Garnish and serve.
Notes
Best served immediately but great for meal prep.
Adjust chili flakes for preferred spice level.
