Ingredients
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce until smooth.
3. Stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese, reserving some cheddar for topping.
4. Spread mixture into a baking dish and top with reserved cheese.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly. Garnish with green onions if desired.
Notes
Use softened cream cheese for smoother mixing.
Freshly shredded cheese melts better than pre-packaged.
Adjust the amount of hot sauce based on your spice preference.
