1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt, divided

0.5 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 to 2 teaspoons hot sauce

4 large flatbreads, about 8 inches each

2 cups shredded romaine lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

1. In a medium bowl combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, 1 clove minced garlic, hot sauce, 0.25 teaspoon salt, and a pinch of black pepper. Stir until smooth and refrigerate.

2. Season sliced chicken with paprika, 0.75 teaspoon salt, and black pepper.

3. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add remaining garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

4. Add chicken in a single layer and cook 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked to 165°F.

5. Remove from heat and let chicken rest for 3 minutes.

6. Warm each flatbread in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds per side until soft.

7. Spread 2 tablespoons spicy yogurt sauce on each flatbread.

8. Add chicken, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and parsley.

9. Fold in the sides and roll tightly. Serve immediately.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the skillet to ensure proper browning.

Adjust hot sauce for preferred spice level.

Store cooked chicken separately for meal prep.

Stir a little water or lemon juice into chilled sauce if it thickens.
