2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 8 oz each)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

4 cloves garlic (minced)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)

1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking dish.

2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness for uniform cooking.

4. Place the chicken in the baking dish and coat with garlic butter mixture on both sides.

5. Bake for 18–22 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
