Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
4 brioche or ciabatta buns
4 lettuce leaves
4 slices tomato
4 slices red onion
½ cup mayonnaise
1 grated garlic clove
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions
1. Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and herbs. Marinate chicken.
2. Mix garlic mayo ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate.
3. Grill chicken over medium heat 5–6 minutes per side.
4. Toast buns, spread mayo, add lettuce, tomato, onion, and chicken.
