Description
This Hot Honey Garlic Feta Chicken Skillet brings together sweet heat, creamy feta, and tender chicken in one pan for an easy, bold weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1 lb)
3 tbsp hot honey
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
1. Whisk hot honey, garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, and lemon juice together in a bowl. Add chicken and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken 6–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
3. Remove chicken and rest. Simmer marinade in skillet for 1–2 minutes.
4. Return chicken to skillet and glaze. Sprinkle feta over top.
5. Let feta soften into glaze. Serve hot.
Notes
Use halloumi if you prefer a firmer cheese.
Double the hot honey for extra heat.
