Ingredients
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons cornstarch or arrowroot powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
2. Toss chicken with olive oil, spices, and cornstarch in a large bowl until evenly coated.
3. Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
4. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
5. Check for doneness at 165°F. Cook an additional 2-3 minutes if needed. Serve hot and garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
Don’t overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if necessary.
You can swap cornstarch with almond flour for a low-carb option.
