This one-pan creamy garlic chicken with Parmesan is rich, flavorful, and ready in under 30 minutes. Perfect for weeknight dinners with minimal cleanup.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (1.5 lb)
1 tablespoon olive oil
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Pat dry and season chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
4. Add garlic to skillet and sauté 30 seconds.
5. Pour in chicken broth, scrape up brown bits.
6. Add cream and Parmesan. Stir until smooth.
7. Return chicken to skillet. Simmer 3–4 minutes.
8. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for the smoothest sauce.
Reheat gently with added broth to avoid sauce separation.
Pairs well with mashed potatoes, rice, or low-carb vegetables.
