Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup corn kernels
1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup shredded cheese
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare cooked chicken by shredding or dicing into bite sized pieces
2. In a bowl mix ranch dressing and sour cream until smooth
3. Add corn, black beans, onion, tomatoes, cheese, and seasonings and mix gently
4. Add chicken and mix until evenly coated
5. Chill for 20 minutes before serving
