Description
Quick and healthy spicy air fryer chicken fajitas with bell peppers and bold seasoning, ready in under 25 minutes.
Ingredients
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, sliced thin
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 medium red onion, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons chili powder
1½ teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon lime juice
8 small flour or corn tortillas
Optional: cilantro, avocado, sour cream, salsa, shredded cheese
Instructions
1. Slice chicken and vegetables into even strips.
2. In a bowl, whisk oil, chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and lime juice.
3. Toss chicken and veggies with seasoning mix.
4. Preheat air fryer to 390°F for 3 minutes.
5. Add seasoned mixture to basket in a single layer.
6. Cook 12–14 minutes, shaking halfway.
7. Serve in warm tortillas with toppings.
Notes
Use thin, even slices for even cooking.
Shake the basket midway for best results.
Serve hot and fresh.
Store leftovers in fridge up to 4 days.
