Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, sliced into thin cutlets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 sandwich buns
1 cup lettuce
1/2 cup tomato slices
1/4 cup red onion slices
Instructions
1. Slice chicken breasts into thin cutlets for even cooking and better texture in the sandwich.
2. Coat chicken with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, then let it sit briefly so seasoning settles.
3. Mash avocado in a bowl until mostly smooth, then mix with ranch dressing and lemon juice until spreadable.
4. Heat a grill or pan over medium high heat and cook chicken for 4 to 5 minutes per side until fully cooked with light char.
5. Let chicken rest for a few minutes to keep juices inside before assembling.
6. Lightly toast sandwich buns, spread avocado ranch mixture, then layer chicken, lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
7. Close sandwich and serve immediately.
