Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 cups fresh spinach
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place them in a baking dish, then season lightly with salt and pepper.
2. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic, olive oil, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
3. Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken pieces in the baking dish.
