Ingredients

Scale

2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon hot sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

Wooden skewers

Instructions

1. Cut chicken into even bite-sized pieces and season lightly with salt and pepper.

2. Prepare three bowls with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.

3. Coat each chicken piece in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.

4. Thread coated chicken pieces onto skewers, spacing slightly.

5. Place skewers on a baking tray and bake at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.

6. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, honey, and garlic powder until smooth.

7. Drizzle or brush the sauce over the kabobs just before serving.

Notes

Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.

Do not add sauce before baking to keep coating crispy.

Serve immediately for best texture.
