2 eggs, beaten

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon hot sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

4 sandwich buns


Instructions

1. Flatten the chicken breasts slightly and season with salt and pepper.

2. Prepare three bowls with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.

3. Coat each chicken piece in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, pressing gently.

4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked, flipping once.

5. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, honey, and garlic powder until smooth.

6. Place crispy chicken into sandwich buns.

7. Spoon or spread the sauce over the chicken and close the sandwich.
