Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken
1 cup mixed vegetables
1/2 cup butter
1 cup milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 biscuit mix
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and pour melted butter into a baking dish to form the base layer
2. Spread chicken evenly over the butter, then add vegetables without mixing to keep layers intact
3. Mix biscuit mix with milk until smooth, then pour evenly over the chicken layer
4. In a separate bowl, combine soup and broth, then pour gently over the top without stirring
5. Bake for 40–45 minutes until the top is golden and set, and the filling bubbles around the edges
6. Check the center to ensure the biscuit layer is fully cooked and not doughy
