Description

Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
12 oz bowtie pasta
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup milk
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add bowtie pasta and cook according to package instructions. During the last 2 minutes, add broccoli florets so they cook together. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook briefly until fragrant without browning.
3. Pour in the milk and stir gently while it warms. Add grated cheese gradually, stirring continuously until fully melted and smooth.
4. Add the cooked chicken into the sauce and mix so it warms through evenly.
5. Add drained pasta and broccoli into the pan. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated with the sauce. Season with salt, black pepper, and oregano, then serve.
Notes
Cook broccoli with pasta to save time and keep texture tender.
Use moderate heat when making sauce to avoid separation.
Add a splash of milk when reheating to restore creaminess.
