Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/3 cup buffalo sauce
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp onion powder
salt and pepper

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking tray to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking
2. Combine ground chicken, cottage cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, buffalo sauce, and seasonings in a bowl, mixing gently until just combined
