Ingredients
1 lb chicken
1 package tortellini
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 cup cream
1/2 cup broth
1/2 cup parmesan
1–2 tsp cajun seasoning
salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Heat oil in a skillet and cook chicken until lightly browned and nearly cooked through
2. Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant without burning
3. Pour in broth and simmer to lift flavor from the pan
4. Stir in cream and Cajun seasoning, mixing until smooth and evenly combined
5. Add tortellini and cook until tender while absorbing some of the sauce
6. Stir in parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce thickens and coats evenly
7. Let rest briefly before serving so the sauce settles properly
Notes
Add seasoning gradually to control heat level
Keep heat moderate to prevent sauce separation
Reheat with added liquid to maintain smooth texture
