Ingredients

Instructions
1. Prepare coating by mixing flour, cornstarch, and spices in one bowl and whisking eggs with buttermilk in another
2. Dip chicken into wet mixture, then coat evenly in dry mixture, pressing lightly for better coverage
3. Heat oil over medium heat and fry chicken in batches until golden and fully cooked, turning as needed
4. Place cooked chicken on a rack to maintain crisp texture while cooling slightly
5. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, and honey in a bowl until smooth and balanced
6. Warm tortillas slightly to make them easier to fold without tearing
7. Layer lettuce, chicken, and toppings, then drizzle honey mustard evenly
8. Fold tightly and serve immediately for best texture
