Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
5 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 cups fresh spinach
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and season lightly with salt and pepper.
2. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic, olive oil, and Italian seasoning.
