2 tablespoons chopped parsley

1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Prepare the chicken by shredding or dicing cooked chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces for even mixing.

2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

3. Add the chicken, diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and parsley into the bowl.
