Description

Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or sliced thin
3 cups green cabbage, finely shredded
1 cup purple cabbage, thinly sliced
1 large carrot, julienned
1 cucumber, sliced into thin strips
2 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon grated fresh garlic
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Instructions
1. Prepare all vegetables by slicing the cabbage thinly, julienning the carrot, and cutting the cucumber into thin strips. Add everything into a large mixing bowl with green onions.
2. Add the cooked chicken on top of the vegetables. Use shredded or thinly sliced chicken depending on your preferred texture.
3. In a separate small bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, grated garlic, and ginger until smooth and glossy.
4. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss everything together until evenly coated without crushing the vegetables.
5. Finish by sprinkling chopped cilantro and sesame seeds on top. Serve immediately for the best texture.
